Lectionary 29

L         But as for you, continue in what you have learned and firmly believed, knowing from whom you learned it, and how from childhood you have known the sacred writings that are able to instruct you for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. (2 Timothy 3:14-15

Silence is kept for confession and reflection
L          I lift up my eyes to the hills; from where is my help to come?
C         My help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth. (Psalm 119:1-2)


L       The Lord will preserve you from all evil and will keep your life. The Lord will watch over your going out and your coming in from this time forth forevermore. (Psalm 119:7-8)

L     Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved by him, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly explaining the word of truth.” (2 Timothy 2:15)
